When the Swedish youth approached us and said they’d like to have ‘web presence’ in terms of presenting some of the principles of the Baha’i Faith, we decided to do something simple together. :-)
Theme: Progressive Revelation
I remember how highly impressionable I was when I was in my teens, especially when I first entered high school (age: 13). It was a period of fun and excitement, going through changes within myself - emotionally and physically. My senses were more acute to my surroundings, paying attention to people’s reactions to various situations, and imitating some behaviours that I thought was ‘cool’. That was the age of identity-forming, seeking directions and ideals, hoping to map out the future paths.
I remember laughing so much over some of the silliest jokes with my girlfriends; I remember burying my head studying over night while the heavy downpour outside the window brought me thoughts of another life in another space; I remember storming out of the house and walked through dark lanes after a fight with my father; I even remember my awe when fiddling with chatrooms on the internet! Do you remember how you were like when you were 13?
